Privacy PolicyWhat we collect and what we do with it
Short version: the details you send us are used to schedule and do the work, and for nothing else.
Who we are
American Professional Plumbing Services, 165 Monroe St, Martinsburg, WV 25404. You can reach us at (304) 350-1022 or info@americanprofessionalplumbing.com.
What we collect
When you call, text, email or send the form on this site, we keep your name, phone number, email if you give one, the address the work is at, and what you tell us about the plumbing problem. The form also records the page you sent it from and the campaign details in the link you arrived on, so we know how you found us.
How it is used
To answer your question, to schedule and perform the work, to send a quote or an invoice, to confirm appointments, and to follow up on a visit. We do not sell it and we do not rent it.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, American Professional Plumbing Services may text you about your inquiry, scheduling, quotes, invoices and updates on the work. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. The full text messaging terms are in our terms and conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who sees it
The people who schedule and do the work, and the service providers that run this website and our customer messaging system, only so they can provide that service to us. We share it with nobody else unless the law requires it.
The website
The contact form runs on our customer messaging system and is protected by a bot check. Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting. There are no visitor accounts and no comments.
Keeping it
Job records are kept as long as we need them for our business records and to answer questions about past work. Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
