• Do you handle plumbing emergencies?

  Yes. We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In West Virginia call (304) 350-1022, in Virginia call (540) 323-8505.

• What areas do you serve?

  Martinsburg, Charles Town and the rest of the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia from our Martinsburg office. Winchester and Frederick, Clarke, Warren, Shenandoah and western Loudoun counties in Virginia from our Winchester branch. See the service area for every town.

• Do you do commercial plumbing?

  Yes. We are a residential and commercial plumbing company. See commercial plumbing.

• What do you install?

  Water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, well pumps, pressure tanks, water mains, sewer lines, sump pumps, toilets and faucets. You name it, we will install it.

• Where is my main water shutoff?

  Usually where the water line comes into the building: a basement wall, the crawlspace or a utility room. On a well it is near the pressure tank. Find it and make sure it turns before the day you need it.

• Why is my water bill suddenly high?

  The usual cause is a toilet that runs when nobody is looking. Next is a leak on a supply line or the water main. Turn everything off and watch the meter. If it still moves, call. See leak repair.

• Is the water around here hard?

  In much of the area, yes. The groundwater runs through limestone. It shows up as scale in water heaters, crust on faucets and spots on dishes. See water filtration systems.

• My house is on a well, does that change anything?

  It changes where problems start. Low pressure or no water can be the pump, the pressure tank or the pressure switch. See well pump installation and repair.
