Terms and ConditionsThe terms for this website and for our text messages
These terms cover this website and the text messages we send.
Who we are
This website is run by American Professional Plumbing Services, 165 Monroe St, Martinsburg, WV 25404. On this page “we” and “us” mean American Professional Plumbing Services.
Using this website
The site tells you what we do and gives you a way to reach us. The information on it is general. It is not a quote, and it is not advice about your specific property. We may change or remove pages at any time.
Quotes and work
Any work we do is covered by the quote or invoice you approve. If that document and this page ever disagree, the quote or invoice controls.
Text messaging terms
The program. When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you agree to receive text messages from American Professional Plumbing Services. We text about your inquiry, scheduling, quotes, invoices, updates on a job, and replies to your questions. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Stopping. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number the message came from. After you send “STOP”, we will send you one text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive texts from us. If you want to join again, send the form again or text “START”.
Help. If you are having trouble with the messaging program, reply “HELP” for more assistance, or call us at (304) 350-1022.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost and frequency. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with your job. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Privacy. If you have any questions about privacy, read our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
